WHAT TO EXPECT

Prior to your appointment


Your order will be faxed over from your referring physician. One of our representatives will contact you within 2-3 hours to let you know we received the order. At that point we will attempt to schedule a time slot that best fits your availability. If you have insurance, our billing representative will have already verified your benefits and will let you know what is due at the time of service. We DO offer payment arrangements.

AGAIN, THIS WILL BE RELAYED TO YOU PRIOR TO YOUR VISIT. JUST LIKE YOU, WE DO NOT LIKE SURPRISES.

Day of service


We ask you to come in 15 minutes early to ensure you have enough time to fill out required paperwork and change into appropriate clothing, if needed.

We do everything we can to make your billing process as smooth as possible. Below are some important points to remember about patient billing and insurance.
Accepted Insurance

We accept most major insurance plans!

Always present your valid insurance card when you check in for your visit.  

Deductibles & Coinsurance Payments

One of our specialized billing representatives will provide you with an estimate of your personal responsibility. You will be asked to pay that portion of your bill or make payment arrangements at the time of service. This is only an estimate and is not intended to indicate the entire patient portion, nor does this estimate include professional fees.

Patients Without Insurance

If you do not have insurance coverage, we are pleased to offer competitive cash pay rates. Let one of our associates know prior to scheduling and they will provide you with our current rates.
